These terms govern your purchase and use of the Chickadee Video School course ("the course"), a digital product sold by Chickadee Entertainment, doing business as Chickadee Video School ("we," "us," "our"). By purchasing the course, you agree to these terms.

1. What you're buying

The course is a digital product consisting of 10 pre-recorded video chapters and 11 downloadable business document templates. Access is delivered automatically after payment, through a private webpage and a file download. No physical product is shipped.

2. Payment and refunds

All sales are final. Because this is a digital product that grants immediate access to the full course, we do not offer refunds once a purchase is completed. Please review the course description carefully before buying. If you experience a technical problem accessing your course, contact us and we'll work to resolve it.

3. Earnings and results disclaimer

Any dollar figures, income examples, or pricing numbers referenced in our marketing or in the course (including figures like "$300" or "$600" per shoot) reflect the instructor's own personal experience and are provided as pricing education, not as a promise, guarantee, or typical result. Your results will depend on your own effort, market, skill level, and local demand. We make no guarantee that you will earn any specific amount of money, or any money at all, as a result of taking this course.

4. Templates are educational, not legal advice

The 11 business templates included with the course (contracts, release forms, pricing sheets, and similar documents) are provided for educational purposes to help beginners get started. They are not a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney. Laws vary by state, and we recommend having any contract reviewed by a qualified professional before relying on it for your business.

5. License to use the templates

When you purchase the course, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive license to use, edit, and reuse the included templates for your own videography business. You may not resell, redistribute, or repackage the templates or course videos themselves as your own product.

6. Course access

Your access link is personal to you. Please don't share it publicly. We reserve the right to update or improve course content, templates, or the delivery page over time without notice.

7. No professional relationship

Purchasing this course, including the included one-hour phone call, does not create an employment, partnership, agency, or professional advisory relationship between you and Chickadee Entertainment. Advice given is general in nature.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chickadee Entertainment is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the course, including business losses, lost profits, or equipment purchases made based on course recommendations.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, regardless of the state or country from which you access the course.
