This policy explains what information is collected when you visit this website or purchase the Chickadee Video School course, operated by Chickadee Entertainment, doing business as Chickadee Video School ("we," "us," "our"). We keep this simple: we don't sell your data, and everything we collect is explained below.

1. Information we receive

When you purchase the course, payment is processed entirely by Stripe. We receive your name, email address, and purchase confirmation from Stripe so we can identify your order if you contact us. We never see or store your full card number — Stripe handles that directly.

2. Information collected by services we use

This site uses Google Analytics to understand how many people visit and which pages they view, along with a small number of other outside services it needs to function. Each of these may collect limited technical information on their own terms:

To deliver your course access and confirm your purchase
To respond if you email us with a question
To schedule your included 1-on-1 phone call
To understand overall site traffic and which pages are effective, using Google Analytics

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

4. Cookies

Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to distinguish visitors and measure site usage. Embedded YouTube videos may also set cookies once you press play, in accordance with Google's cookie policy. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using Google's browser opt-out tool.

5. Data retention

We retain purchase records for as long as needed for our own accounting and customer support purposes, and as required by applicable tax law.

6. Your choices

You can ask us what information we have connected to your purchase, or ask us to delete your contact information from our own records, by emailing us at the address below. (Payment records held directly by Stripe are subject to Stripe's own retention rules.)

7. Children's privacy

This course is intended for adults building a business and is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

8. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
